ASDC Handed Over Affiliation Certificate to PSTC

The Automotive Skills Development Council (ASDC) handed over Affiliation Certificate to Professional Skill Training & Consultancy Pvt Ltd (PSTC). ASDC is the first sector skill council of India, promoted by the Automobile industry through Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers(SIAM), Automotive Component Manufacturers Association(ACMA) and Federation of Automobile Dealers Association(FADA) and Government of India represented by Department of Heavy Industry and National Skill Development Corporation(NSDC).

PSTC to offer courses as per ASDC Standards

PSTC is now “ASDC Affiliated Training Partner” and meets all ASDC guidelines with necessary Equipment, Tools, Classrooms and Trainers for carrying out skills training Apart from class room covering knowledge sessions. We lay big emphasis on practical skill building.

We will offer courses in Manufacturing, Sales, After sales service & repairs, Engineering, Quality and R&D, Supply Chain & Logistics as well as in Auto Finance/Insurance, Fuel Pump Operations and Driver Training for Chauffeurs,Taxi Drivers and Commercial Vehicle Driving.

With a large number of youth enrolling for various courses of their choice it is expected that nearly 150,000 students would undergo ASDC training and assessment within 2016.

Trained candidates are required to go through ASDC evaluation for assessing their knowledge as well as practical skills they acquire in their training. These evaluations are carried out as per ASDC assessment framework. Successful candidates receive ASDC certificate which is recognised by the Government of India. More importantly, since this is Auto industry’s own certificate therefore it provides a much higher chance of getting a good job in the exciting field of Automobiles.
